If your signgo requies a flashdrive I understand it will not work at all with it missing. Looking at the GCC driver in signgo I see it is USB enabled so provided the cutter is attached vith a USB cable it should cut. Do check the version, you will probably need the current version (1.15) to work anong with the latest devices files (from the download section). The default installation of the Bengal driver is USB in signgo the driver for the Bengal itself should go in and if working correctly the utility with the cutter to alter the speed etc. If it dosnt then there is a problem in the USB installation I have had one odd failure to cut on a graphtec via USB, THis was traced to a wireless network connection messing up the USB i/o settings IF you are using a wireless laptop or a USB wireless dongle remove or disable the wireless network and see what happens.
